In our experience, people don't change their behavior because they are told to by the people in their life or because they want to. Simply imparting information rarely changes a person's way of being, behavior or attitude, especially over the long term. That is why we could bring Bill Gates to this seminar and few people would do what he has
done.
The key is for a person to fundamentally change
how they think or see things. These are currently called paradigms or maps. They are the deep-seated assumptions on which an individual makes decisions. Through participation in games and exercises in
Blueprinting Your Life you will make discoveries as to how you think. How you think life works affects your feelings and behaviors. Instead of being told how to do things, your paradigm shifts because you
literally see things differently. It is an Inside-Out approach instead of the standard Outside-In approach which typically doesn't last.
